Bespoke Circular Bar Design for a Landmark Venue
As part of an ongoing relationship with Meldrum House Hotel, we were commissioned to create the bar at the centre of their Titan Dome event space. The goal was to design a stylish, functional layout with flexibility for staff and guests. Built with durable materials and thoughtful detailing, the Titan Bar reflects our ability to bring structure and elegance to even the most unconventional environments.
Designing for Circular Space and Versatility
At the heart of the Titan Dome sits a central circular bar designed for multiple use cases, from small groups to larger private functions. Constructed from interlocking birch plywood segments, the system allows for reconfiguration and easy storage. Built-in ice wells, bottle fridges, and a raised centre point housing power and lighting make the space practical for fast-paced hospitality use.
Materials, Lighting & Hotel-Ready Detail
The tiered oak shelving unit allows for visual product display while maintaining service efficiency. The top surface was created in layered laminate to allow space for a till and equipment, with drawers and cable routing hidden within. Once installed, the bar was completed on a tight timeline and received enthusiastic feedback from hotel management and guests alike.
