A bespoke modern kitchen and utility room for a new-build by Braeside Developments in Aberdeenshire. Hand-crafted in Brown Albano Ash laminate with Dekton worksurfaces, the space features hidden storage, integrated appliances, and a seamless inline utility door.
Designing a Seamless, Modern Living Space
From the outset, this project demanded a perfect balance between understated elegance and high-performance function. Our team responded with a fully hand-crafted kitchen and utility room—designed for both luxury and practicality.
The cabinetry was clad in Brown Albano Ash Egger PerfectSense laminate with anthracite-integrated handles for a seamless, minimalist aesthetic.
Dekton Laurent worksurfaces added depth, durability, and resistance to wear. One of the more discreet but technically advanced elements was the inline hidden utility door, engineered to sit flush with the kitchen units to maintain flow across the space.
Blending Hand-Crafted Character with Cutting-Edge Function
To elevate day-to-day use, we incorporated an ergonomic raised dishwasher, a fully integrated fridge/freezer, and a suite of appliances chosen for their performance and discretion. These included a Bora XBO oven, Bora X PURE hob with in-floor extraction, and a Quooker tap offering boiling, chilled, and sparkling water on demand.
The bespoke drinks unit, tucked behind pocketing oak doors, demonstrates our precision in integrating traditional craftsmanship with modern mechanisms—providing easy access while keeping surfaces clean and clutter-free when closed.
